What if the clothing doesn't fit me?

If the fit isn’t quite perfect, we’ve got you. With our 14-day Fit Guarantee, you can exchange your Ivory & Ink Brisbane piece or request a refund within fourteen days of delivery. Simply keep the item unworn, unwashed and with tags attached (including any packaging), and reach out via our Contact us page to get started. Our team will help with sizing advice, check stock for your exchange, and guide you through the return so it’s quick and fuss-free. Prefer a refund? No worries — once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process it promptly to your original payment method.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?

We provide free shipping worldwide to 190+ countries. If your address can be entered at checkout, delivery is available. If it can’t be entered, contact us via the Contact us page and we’ll arrange a tailored shipping quote.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.

Will I pay customs?

In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
